Dr. Josh Paxton

Dr. Josh Paxton

Owner/Doctor

Dr. Paxton is a native of Rome, GA where he grew up as a Chiropractic kid, being adjusted just moments after birth. Dr. Paxton’s father and brother are both Chiropractors! He is married to the woman of his dreams, Jessica, and has three amazing, healthy, and well-adjusted boys, Caleb, Eli, and Isaiah. Dr. Paxton graduated from Life University college of undergraduate studies, in Marietta, GA with a B.S. degree in nutrition; this was key in helping Dr. Josh understand all he understands today about healthy dietary habits to create optimal wellness. He then continued on at Life University to the College of Chiropractic where he obtained his doctorate (D.C.) in Chiropractic. Dr. Paxton also holds an Emergency Medical Technician license from Coosa Valley Tech in Rome, GA. When combined with his experience, Dr. Paxton’s training makes him well-versed in the human body and what it takes to reach true, optimal health.

Dr. Taylor Jacobs

Dr. Taylor Jacobs

Doctor

Dr. Jacobs is also a native of Rome, GA. As an athlete, he started receiving Chiropractic care in high school to benefit his performance on the field. He developed a tremendous appreciation for Chiropractic care and the body’s ability to heal itself. It didn’t take long for him to gain acceptance into Life University and begin his journey to becoming a Chiropractor. Dr. Jacobs joined PFC in March 2017 to complete his 8th year of clinical training as a Senior intern.  Our PFC family and community raved about his powerful adjustments and his genuine bedside manner and demanded we keep him, so we are proud to call him an official member of the PFC team.

He then graduated from Life University College of Chiropractic obtaining his doctorate (D.C.) in Chiropractic in December 2017. Dr. Jacobs has a genuine love for people and considers it a great privilege to help the people of his community work toward optimal health.

Ms. Hannah

Office Manager

Hannah joined the PFC team July 2017. She began by managing our rehab suite but has become a jack (or Jill!) of all trades in the office. She is typically the friendly voice on the phone and the striking smile in therapy.

Ms. Kim

Ms. Kim

Community Manager

Kim has been with PFC since May 2015 as an employee and since 2011 as a patient. She serves many roles in the office; however, one of her favorites is getting out in the community and organizing events to educate people about health and wellness. She is the patient accounts specialist, new patient services coordinator, wellness event coordinator and office manager.

Kim has a Bachelors Degree in Organizational Management from Covenant College. She has 15+ years experience in business management at a corporate level. Her heart is to see people live the life they were designed to live. She values the role that natural health plays in a person achieving optimum performance. She can personally attest to the role Chiropractic played in helping her body fight disease.

Ms. Lauren

Ms. Lauren

Patient Therapy

Lauren is responsible for scheduling and helping patients manage their treatment plans. She ensures that patient concerns are articulated to the doctors, and assists the office manager in maintaining patient accounts. She joined the PFC team in February 2017. She is a native of Chattanooga and graduated from Tennessee Temple High School and attended 4 years at Tennessee Temple University. She is happily married to her amazing husband, Kase. She enjoys outdoor activities like paddle boarding and hiking. She is also an avid reader and traveler.

Lauren was impressed by the care and education that she received as a patient so she decided that Chiropractic was something that she needed to be a part of. She is passionate about educating our patients on the benefits of care and she loves getting to know each of them personally.
